  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Assist with product information and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Remain knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least Highschool graduates
  • With at least 6 months of CSR Experience (Healthcare would be an advantage but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Dedication to customer service and patient satisfaction
  • The candidate must be capable of effectively managing phone calls
  • Willingness to work a shifting schedule is required
