About the role

As the Payroll Transformation Lead, you will provide senior payroll subject matter expertise within a major payroll system replacement programme. You will lead payroll input into business design, data, and testing activities, working with programme and implementation partners to deliver a future‑state payroll solution that meets legislative, compliance, and operational requirements. This role is positioned within a programme environment and is critical in ensuring payroll outcomes are accurate, sustainable, and aligned with ACC's strategic direction.
