What You Will Do

You'll ensure payroll and administration processes run smoothly and accurately. From processing leave and payments, to supporting business cycles and system improvements, your work will help provide an exceptional staff experience.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Contributing to the management of shared mailbox and ticketing workflows
  • Actioning high volume/bulk hire processes
  • Maintaining employee records and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Supporting the Payroll Specialists with reporting and day to day tasks
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, unions, IRD, and superannuation providers
  • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement.
