As the Payroll Supervisor you will be dealing with end-to-end payroll duties and related queries on software such as Moneysoft, Xero and Sage. You will be processing weekly and monthly payrolls, uploading payslips and monitoring a central inbox.
Other duties include:
Liaising with clients to accurately process their payrollsCalculating and uploading pensionsProcessing new starters, leavers and changes to personal detailsUploading digital payslipsMaintaining client files and responding to client queries within pre-agreed deadlinesProcessing all paperwork, including printing and posting payslips and P45s in line with client requirementsSetting up new clients, including data validation, implementing system parameters, loading YTD data and checking PAYE/NI/Pension calculationsOther ad hoc duties To apply for this Payroll Admin role, you will need at least 18 months experience...
