Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Responsibilities

• Track and record employee overtime and other PH payroll elements
• Track and record pay-for-performance (P4P) and other process incentives
• Prepare and process payroll promptly according to established timelines
• Enter and maintain accurate employee payroll information in the system
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
• Generate payroll reports and summaries for internal use and audits

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll.
• Bachelors degree in any field.
• Intermediate to Expert Knowledge in MS Excel
• Can communicate and can-do reporting
• Amenable to work onsite in MOA Pasay and ASAP joiner
