The Payroll In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
This role involves maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and coordinating with HR and Finance departments.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.
Prior experience handling payroll for a medium to large workforce is an advantage.
Experience with government statutory compliance (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) is essential.
