Description

  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees in multiple European Countries
  • Ensure compliance with all external governmental regulations and internal policies in improving strong internal controls
  • Leading a team of 3 employees and work closely with external payroll provider
  • Collaboration with internal payroll relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Streamline processes while allowing flexibility for specific local mandatory requirements and drive consistent process improvement
  • Ensure compliance of Payroll Accounting by US and local Gaap
  • Pension plan and company cars Management
  • Stay updated on changes in regional payroll laws and regulations.
  • Support stat. FY close for payroll relevant information
