Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll accurately and on time for our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing excellent service to employees regarding payroll-related questions.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process full-cycle payroll on a biweekly/semimonthly basis for hourly and salaried employees

+ Maintain and audit payroll records, ensuring accuracy of pay, deductions, and taxes

+ Administer payroll adjustments including bonuses, commissions, retro pay, and garnishments

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

+ Prepare and file payroll tax reports; assist with year-end processes (W-2s, audits)

+ Reconcile payroll registers and general ledger entries
