Payroll Administrator

Top Isando Engineering company requires the services of a payroll administrator who is competent on salaries and wages. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all employees within the group of companies are paid in an accurate and timely fashion.

The payroll administrator will process payroll using Sage 300 ERP, prepare payroll banking, prepare all payroll related reporting, and be responsible for all statutory compliance and reporting where payroll is concerned.

The payroll administrator will perform various accounting and ad hoc finance administration tasks as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and recruit pay slips on Sage system to accompany offers of employment.
2. Send biometric reports to functional department leads and department managers on a Monday to enable them to approve timesheets.
3. Submit monthly UI-19 report to the Department of Labor.
