The Role:
The purpose of this role is to process payroll data, ensure accurate and timely payroll runs, and provide ongoing payroll administration support.
Collect and prepare payroll data for processing.Upload and maintain payroll information accurately.Process weekly and monthly payroll runs.Check payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.Provide general payroll administration and support to the team.Hours of work: hours per week | Monday to Friday
Length of contract: Weekly ongoing - 4 to 8 weeks approx
Requirements:
Previous payroll administration experience (2-3 years preferred).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good numerical and data entry skills.Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively.Strong communication and organisational skills.
