The Role:

The purpose of this role is to process payroll data, ensure accurate and timely payroll runs, and provide ongoing payroll administration support.
  • Collect and prepare payroll data for processing.
  • Upload and maintain payroll information accurately.
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll runs.
  • Check payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
  • Provide general payroll administration and support to the team.
  • Hours of work: hours per week | Monday to Friday

    Length of contract: Weekly ongoing - 4 to 8 weeks approx

    Requirements:

  • Previous payroll administration experience (2-3 years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good numerical and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
