Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintaining payroll operations, systems, and documentation to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end process.
  • Managing payroll queries from managers and staff, providing clear and timely resolutions.
  • Reconciling payroll data, including timesheets, leave, overtime, deductions, terminations, and PAYE requirements.
  • Preparing payroll‑related reports such as leave balances, overtime summaries, and compliance documentation.
  • Completing Accounts Payable processing for one dealership and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Filing PAYE and liaising with ACC as required.
