Title:  Payroll & Accounting Specialist Job Summary:  The Payroll & Accounting Specialist is responsible for the administration and oversight of payroll operations while supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.


This role serves as a subject matter expert in payroll and works collaboratively with Finance, Human Resources, and operational leaders to identify efficiencies, improve processes, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.


REPORTS TO: Controller KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES (includes but not limited to): Partner with the Controller to deliver accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.


Prepare client-specific financial reports in accordance with funding and reporting requirements.


Identify, develop, and implement process improvements, including automation of manual workflows.
