Ensure consistent and daily balancing of all payroll accounts from Workday to SAP general ledger
Reconcile payroll-related accounts against the general ledger
Conduct regular audits of payroll data including incomplete transactions and errors
Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end close activities
Assist in ensuring payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Prepare, analyze, and distribute payroll reports to management, internal partners and external vendors
Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and testing
Coordinate and engage across HR functional teams for identification and resolution of payroll related issues, including HRIS, Benefits and Compensation
Assist in setup and maintenance of new and existing pay components and general ledger accounts
Partner in processing Executive Comp payments including Stock Options and Deferred Comp
