The Payments Program Manager is responsible for driving excellence across partner program management, international expansions, and payment partner onboarding. Based in Berlin or London, you will own end-to-end partner relationships and programs—identifying issues, driving resolution, spotting new opportunities, and advocating for improvements that raise the bar on partner and customer experience. This role requires a hands‑on approach: you will resolve operational escalations, gather data, surface root causes, and lead cross-functional teams to sustainable solutions. You will equally apply that analytical lens to identifying and capturing new opportunities — whether geographic expansions, new payment methods, or process improvements that unlock efficiency and scale.
