to ensure operational excellence for their global digital asset platform.
Candidate MUST have prior crypto/web3/payment working experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee core exchange operations across market-facing functions Partner with Product and Marketing on campaigns, launches, and trading initiatives Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements Monitor token performance, liquidity, and trading activity Oversee exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CMC Work cross-functionally to improve product, trading experience, and workflows Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Track key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance
