This is a hands-on role focused on operating paving equipment efficiently while maintaining proper material flow, alignment, and overall jobsite productivity.


Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt pavers to place hot mix asphalt according to project specifications


• Control paving speed, depth, and alignment to ensure a consistent, high-quality mat


• Work closely with the screed operator and crew to maintain proper material flow


• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed


• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
