            Job Summary  5 days, Retail Hour

 Job Description  Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service 
Attend to enquiry via phone calls 
Schedule patient’s appointment 
Process invoice and payment collections 
Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels 
Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic 
Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products 
To perform other duties as assigned 
 Job Requirements  At least Secondary School / O level or equivalent 
Basic IT knowledge  
Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers 
Be open to learning new things 
Self‑motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude 
Proficiency both in Chinese and strong command in English ...
