As a Patient Services Representative with the UPMC Vision Institute in Oakland, you'll be a welcoming and reliable point of contact for patients at our 203 Lothrop Street clinic. You'll work daylight hours Monday through Friday, rotating between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. depending on clinic flow, with no evening or weekend shifts. To support consistent patient access, you'll also travel approximately 25% of the time to our satellite offices in Shadyside, Forbes, Mercy, St. Margaret's, Monroeville, Wexford, Bethel Park, and Natrona Heights.
