**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

+ Provides leadership, training, and workflow support to Patient Services Specialist staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment
+ Supports patient flow, front desk operations, and delivers exceptional customer service to patients and families
+ Coordinates patient registration, insurance verification, referrals, and communication with care teams to support seamless patient care
