This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional travel to other office locations as needed. Our team proudly serves an estimated 80 patients per day, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience. Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred.
