**Adecco Healthcare** is working with our client in McKinney, TX to hire a Patient Service Representative for their facility.

**Type:** Contract - possibility of extension

**Hours:** Monday - Friday 7:50a-5p

**Pay Rate:** $13.15/hour

**Responsibilities Include:**

+ Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments and general inquiries
+ Refer calls to providers according to protocols
+ Clean lobby
+ Demonstrate active listening and empathy in all interactions
+ Demonstrate effective communication through proper tone, pace, volume, grammar, and pronunciation

**Requirements Include:**

+ HS Diploma or GED
+ 2 years of solid customer service experience
+ Bilingual in Spanish preferred
+ Neat appearance
