**Title:** Patient Service Representative I

**Hours:** 27 hours per week; see schedule below.

+ Monday, Tuesday - 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Overnight)
+ Friday, Saturday - 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Overnight)

**Location:** Onsite at Lowell General Hospital - Saints Campus: 1 Hospital Drive, Lowell, MA

**Requirements:** 1 week of full-time training/orientation is required during the day shift (Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). 2 additional weeks of training are required and can be conducted during the day, evening, or weekends. 1 Winter and 1 Summer holiday required at minimum to be worked.
