Overview (Inpatient Wards/Bed Management Unit (BMU)/Urgent Care Centre (UCC)) As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities - Ensure operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
- Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider’s information for billing.
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
- Attend to any requests, emails, and phone enquiries.
- Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. ...
