Overview As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers/ patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities - Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
- Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.
- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
- Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.
