Provides office support including greeting patients and visitors, verifying patient demographics and insurance eligibility and coverage, utilizing numerous software applications, scheduling appointments and referrals, handling point of service collection, coding and batching of encounter forms, and providing support to the suite and department. Interacts with patients, fellow co-workers and providers in a positive and professional manner. Ensures all patient and departmental needs are met.
