**Location: Baylor Regional Medical Center - Grapevine, TX**

**Shift: FT Days/Afternoons. 8 hour shifts**

_This role will support the patients being discharge from the ED. The Patient Navigator RN will act as a liaison for patients needing follow up care and will schedule that care for them. This role will not be bedside. ED RN experience is preferred._
