<p><strong>Purpose of role</strong></p>
<p>The purpose of this post is to work with the Patient Feedback and Experience Lead, Quality and Patient Safety team, QPS General Manager, and Director of Quality on all relevant activities in the Patient Feedback and Support Service related to the management of QPS special projects, internal and external reviews and enquiries, and integration with the HSE.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A third level qualification (minimum Level 8 on QQI framework) in healthcare, quality, patient safety, patient feedback or related field</li>
<li>A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a healthcare setting</li>
