**Description:**
The Patient Care Pharmacist- Oncology provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to adult oncology patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role supports safe, evidence‑based medication use across the continuum of cancer care while actively contributing to education and professional development of pharmacy learners, including student pharmacists and PGY1 pharmacy residents. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
**Preferred qualifications** include completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy residency or equivalent inpatient, infusion, or ambulatory pharmacy practice experience, PGY2 Oncology pharmacy residency, and active or pursuing Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification.
