Duration: 3 + Months with the potential for extension based on business needs and/or possible conversion

8 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay Rate is $30 an hour

Training will take place at Los Angeles, CA 90033, THEN will move to Torrance, CA 90505

Position Summary:

Clerical Responsibilities

Gather patient demographics, insurance information, and referral documentation to accurately register new and returning patients 

Act as a patient liaison and primary point of contact for patients and caregivers 

Enter patient information accurately into computer systems utilizing proper Care Connect functions
