Customer and Patient Billing Support (Bilingual)
Support patients with billing inquiries, payments, sliding scale applications, account adjustments, and write-offs.
Collect patient payments and ensure funds are securely delivered for deposit.
Open, sort, and batch incoming mail; scan and securely upload documents.
Scan checks received onsite or by mail for electronic bank deposit.
Directly engage with patients and customers in English and Spanish, providing outstanding service and support both in person and by phone.
Your Qualification:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Minimum of one year's experience in healthcare settings preferred
