The Patient Advocate serves as a bridge between the patient and their healthcare provider, providing high-quality patient-centered care. As a Patient Advocate your primary role is to support patients and help them overcome barriers to receiving the healthcare services and medication they need. The primary responsibilities include medication assistance, benefit investigation, billing, medical record inquiries, and prior authorizations. The patient advocate will also assist the clinical pharmacist with patient outreach and to coordinating timely deliveries, patient consultations, among other duties as required.
