The** **Medicaid Redetermination Specialist** **is responsible for supporting constituent Medicaid members through the redetermination (renewal) process to ensure continuity of healthcare coverage. This role involves outbound and inbound call support, eligibility guidance, documentation assistance, and accurate account updates in compliance with state and client guidelines**
