**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As a **Patient Access Trainer** , you will manage administrative duties for the patient intake process within the clinic environment while adhering to established organizational guidelines and front-end operational standards. You will deliver individual and group on-the-job training to new and current support and management staff, helping to expand employee knowledge, strengthen competency, and improve productivity related to Patient Access and front-end workflows. Training may be conducted in classroom, individual, clinical, or webinar settings, with travel throughout FMG clinics to support ongoing operational and training needs.
Every day, you will interact with patients both in person and by phone while facilitating check-in and check-out processes, collecting patient information and payments, validating insurance coverage, scheduling appointments, and processing referrals and authorizations.
