The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for responding to patient, provider, and department/service area needs with a high emphasis on customer service and accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to, registration, complex scheduling, referral coordination, benefit verification, preauthorization, order transcription and general inquiries from patients, providers and the general public.
This is a float position that will rotate between various St. Luke's departments in the Magic Valley. This provides a great opportunity to learn various skills and experience in various settings!
Shift details: We have part-time and full-time positions available. 7 days a week and all hours, rotate on call shifts. Requires days, nights, and weekends!
