We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Patient Access Services Representative.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for completing the registration process and creating the first impression of the institution's services to patients, families and other external customers. Articulate required information in a manner that patients, guarantors and family members understand, ensuring clear explanation of their financial responsibilities and expectations. Assume clinical and financial risk of the organization when collecting and documenting information on behalf of the patient.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete the pre-arrival, check-in and call-in registration, benefit and insurance verification and patient liability collection for all scheduled appointments.
