Monday - Friday
-Answer medical providers’ phone calls
-Schedule patients for intakes, or follow up appointments as needed
-Type letters for patients that medical providers request
-Sort Mail
-Check in patients as needed
-Check out patients when visit is complete
-Cancel and reschedule appointments when provider call out
-Work referral work queue
-Maintain current knowledge of payor insurance requirements, verify using verification system (insurance background strongly preferred)
-Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
