About the Role

Mediclear Labs is looking for an experienced, full-time Consultant Pathologist to join our state-of-the-art diagnostic unit in Jagadhri. This role is strictly on-site and deals with a high workload. The ideal candidate must be highly competent in managing lab operations and fully versed in NABL compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Verification: Accurately review and sign off on a high daily volume of pathology, biochemistry, and hematology reports.
• NABL Compliance: Implement, manage, and audit all protocols to ensure the laboratory is fully compliant with NABL regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor daily internal QC, run EQAS, and ensure precision across all testing machines.
