The position will offer great breadth of experience and development opportunities, as afforded by the infrastructure of a top tier law firm. The team have qualified patent attorneys working alongside IP, litigation, corporate and commercial lawyers.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a qualified Patent Attorney to join a busy Essex based team. Ideally you will have between 0-3 years post qualification and must have full UK qualification.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and prosecuting UK, European, and international patent applications
• Advising on patent strategy, portfolio development, and IP risk
• Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
