Patent Agent - Chemistry

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a USPTO registered Chemistry Patent Agent for its IP practice in Seattle, Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Washington, DC or Winston-Salem. The salary range is between $160k to $220k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent experience relating to chemistry, pharmaceutical and/or other small molecules.
• Experience with patent prosecution, client counseling, opinion preparation, and patent office litigation (IPR/PGR proceedings).
• Advanced degree in Chemistry or related field.
• USPTO registration required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
