Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and hardworking Pastry Chef to manage daily pastry production across three luxury safari camps. This role requires an early riser with strong organisational skills, capable of delivering consistent, high-quality baked goods and desserts while supporting broader kitchen operations in a dynamic safari environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pastry Production & Preparation - Prepare fresh breads, pastries, and desserts daily for three camps
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery each morning
- Contribute to menu ideas and creative pastry development
- Maintain high standards of presentation and taste
Kitchen Support & Collaboration - Assist Executive Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Support other kitchen sections with food preparation when required
- Assist with general kitchen duties across departments
