Pastry Chef – El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and attractive pastries, cakes, desserts, and other confectionery items to order in a timely and efficient manner. The Pastry Chef will also help develop new menu items and recipes as well as ensure that all food safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional kitchen setting
• Knowledge of international cuisine, using local ingredients
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Creativity and attention to detail when decorating cakes and desserts
• Working knowledge of health & safety regulations in the kitchen
• Good communication skills both verbal & written
