The Role:

At New City College’s Epping Forest campus, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where students can achieve their ambitions. We are now seeking a Pastoral Tutor to join us on a permanent, part‑time basis, working 21 hours each week.

In this role, you will provide weekly group tutorials and one‑to‑one sessions that encourage learners to set goals, overcome challenges, and remain focused on their studies. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive the right support.
