Oasis BRMC Mission is a missional satellite worship service and ministry of Barker Road Methodist Church. It exists to bring the church into the heartland – reaching the less privileged, the vulnerable, and the unreached.

The Pastoral Team Staff (Outreach & Social Concerns) will work closely with the Pastor, Release Pillar, Team Lead (Oasis BRMC Mission), relevant committees, and volunteers to plan, coordinate, and implement outreach programmes and activities. This role supports the growth and effectiveness of the Outreach Ministry in alignment with BRMC’s vision and direction.

The incumbent will also provide pastoral leadership and care, journeying relationally with ministry leaders, volunteers, and stakeholders to nurture a Christ‑centred, compassionate outreach community. There may also be the need for the individual to take on additional ministry responsibilities beyond the primary scope of responsibilities as assigned.
