We are seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant to support pupils who need help with behaviour, attendance, confidence and school engagement in a secondary school in Lambeth.

Responsibilities

• Pastoral and behaviour support for secondary‑aged pupils
• Help pupils manage routines, expectations and relationships
• Work with teachers, pastoral leads and safeguarding staff
• Support pupils before issues become bigger problems

Qualifications

• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support or pastoral care
• Calm and professional communication
• Confidence working with pupils who may push boundaries
• Someone reliable, mature and consistent

Pay

£95 - £115 per day
