Responsibilities

• Passive Fire Design & Compliance
  • Prepare Passive Fire Specifications and supporting documentation
  • Review architectural and services drawings to identify passive fire requirements
  • Assess fire-rated systems and penetration sealing requirements
  • Develop practical remediation and compliance solutions for existing buildings
  • Prepare Engineering Judgements (EJs) and compliance assessments
  • Assist with Building Consent documentation and compliance pathways
