Bookkeeping & Financial Administration

• Process and maintain accurate accounting records for all dealership transactions
• Record and reconcile daily cashbooks, bank accounts, and financial transactions
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate allocation of transactions
• Process journals, accruals, prepayments, and provisions where required
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures

Account Payable & Receivable

• Assist with creditor and debtor administration
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with query resolution
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and payments

Bank & Cash Reconciliations

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
