PA/Sales and Service Support Administrator
Responsible for supporting the sales team and our directors by providing administrative assistance through reporting. Providing assistance with ordering of stock, liaising with suppliers, clients, and our service department. Providing various status reports on deals, finance, and contracts. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.
Responsibilities
- Reports to and acts under the managing director and accepts limited functional direction from the Sales Managers. All other decisions must be in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Acts as the primary and secondary point of contact for all sales and customer enquiries and requests.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly (Contracts, credit apps and service agreements).
- Allocating payments from banks.
- Loading of new products onto our Quote System.
- Updating of Price Books.
