Dedicated parts person located on Customer Site in Acheson
Process customer orders; source and ordering parts
Inspecting and processing customers parts returns and processing cores
Back order management and daily updates to the customers
Exceptional customer service and collaboration with all facets of client’s organization
Support parts orders from the local shop as well as from customer operations in other facilities
Support the customer with standard Bills Of Materials for work in the shop
First point of contact for the customer to inquire on piece parts orders
Qualifications:
Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledge
A high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships; ability to deal with difficult situation...
