We’re looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our busy Mackay (Paget) branch.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with customers and your team to keep trucks moving and businesses running. No two days are the same, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Interpreting and sourcing truck and trailer parts
- Processing sales, orders, credits, and invoices
- Using systems and catalogues to find the right solutions
- Supporting warehouse, dispatch, and stock control
- Keeping the branch organised and running smoothly
Qualifications
- Parts Interpreter experience or background in automotive, mechanical, or trades
- Strong customer service skills
