Duties & Responsibilities
- Parts Inventory & Stock Control: Tracking, ordering, and issuing parts, lubricants, and consumables. Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining stock levels.
- Job Card Administration: Opening, updating, and closing service and repair job cards. Recording technician notes and customer requirements.
- Supplier Coordination: Sourcing quotations, raising orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Workflow & Scheduling: Booking vehicles, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring parts availability.
